Hello and welcome to my website! As you have probably noticed already, I am an absolute creative junkie with no shortage of hobbies and passions. Sometimes I feel like I have two full time jobs, but I wouldn't have it any other way! If you need someone to design your next brand, paint something for your home, or draw a striking realistic portrait, my contact information is at the bottom of the page :) Here's a little summary of what I do:
Painting: I only started painting after I graduated University back in 2011, and I fell in love! I was a part time artist at Paint Nite Toronto, where I taught acrylic painting at restaurants & bars.
Drawing: I have been drawing all my life, and it is my drawings that inspired me to start my blog. After starting my blog in 2010, I took a drawing course at OCAD University to pick up some skills. Portraits are my forte!
Graphic Design: I am a certified Graphic Designer from George Brown College in Toronto. I started taking courses part time after I graduated University and those late nights were DEFINITELY worth it!
The Full Time Job: I am a statistics major, and I work at a large bank. I am fortunate to have a job that lets me travel and maintain an amazing work-life balance!
The Other Stuff: I love to travel, bake, read fiction novels, and do little creative DIY projects
I am a trained Carnatic Singer, and I especially love singing for classical dance shows. I also enjoy dabbling in Bollywood music.
I am a professional Bharathanatyam Dancer, and I help teach at Sri Sanskriti Dance Academy in Mississauga. I have danced at a lot of cool locations like Sony Center and Yonge and Dundas Square. It definitely helps me stay active!
